My grandmother who lives in Europe would always make her famous oatmeal cookies when she came to visit. after a few attempts of being un succesful in trying to re-create them we found this amazing recipe online by Mel. the chewy yet crispy texture gives these cookies an A+

Tip: add 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or a hand full of dried cranberries to this recipe for a little something extra
